Turrini Claudio DSM Sludge Deydration Plant

The DSM model sludge bagger is a structure in AISI 304 stainless steel sold separately or as part of the TC Turrini purification system.

It resolves the problem of sludge disposal in compliance with current legislation.
The sludge, decanted into special tanks or inside the silo, is sent through a submersible pump directly inside the bags in the DSM frame.

The dehydration process lets the residual water ooze through the bag weave, compacting and solidifying the solid material inside the bag itself. Once saturated, the bag is removed from the frame using a forklift or crane and then stored outside or disposed of as ordinary solid urban waste.

It is powered by:
– A power panel that is up to EC standards and American UL-CSA with timer
– The containment tank below it is tilted for easy cleaning
– Level probe
– Submersible pump with back side impeller in AISI 304 stainless steel
– A set of twenty bags, 1000 litres each
