The filter offers protection and removes harmful particles in the water that can cause your spindle to wear. It sits in the incoming water supply to your machine and works best in conjunction with a fully functional recycling system.

Easy to service and maintain with no tools required. Compact and versatile

Supplied as standard with 20 x 10 Micron filter bags which need swapping on average once per week (but are cleanable and reusable). Bags take seconds to change leaving minimal downtime.

Most CNC Manufacturers stipulate a minimum filtration level of 50 Microns for water used internally in the spindle. We supply 10 Micron as standard so are far in excess of the specification.
